We are Sam and Peggy Feazel, the owners of "Away from it All" cabin that is presently a successful vacation rental home that has been well cared for. We have been missionaries to Honduras with Ignite Missions for over 25 years and are currently moving back to the states to retire and need to sell for downsizing. Because we lived in Honduras most of the year, we began renting out our cabin during Covid which helped give us income to continue serving the Lord in Honduras. The cabin has been a huge blessing to us and would love to see a another family make great memories in it as well.

The open bedroom is considered the 3rd bedroom that can be enclosed by placing a wall. This enclosed bedroom was in the original plans for the cabin but the owner chose not to place the wall for having a larger game room. If wanting the 3rd enclosed bedroom, the owners will pay to have the wall placed when purchasing the cabin.
BASEMENT
In the basement is a 2 car garage, 500 sq. ft unfinished area with easy access to water lines and wood burning furnace with its own separate duct work for heating the entire house in case the electricity goes out. There is also a storm shelter for emergencies.
