One Thermostat Upstairs and one Downstairs

Keep both running to warm or cool house

 

BOUNDARIES

Only walk on properties 12 acres

Side boundaries are bridge to mowed area

Back boundary is up mountain to logging trail

No hiking down the creek

Creek has designated play area

Expect wildlife and insects

Be aware of snakes in the creek

Watch birds, squirrels, and chipmunks from cabin

All tree and cabinet string lights are on a timer

In case the Dead Bolt Lock and Smoke Alarms beep

Front Door Dead bolt lock takes 4 - AA Batteries

Smoke Alarm takes 1 -9 Volt Battery

Batteries are in Kitchen Junk Drawer

HOT TUB

Hot tub sits 6 with no pets allowed

Never push the Mode button

Mode Button is covered with black tape

Pushing Mode Button will make water stagnant

Drained and cleaned for each guest

 

OUTDOORS

Walk up mountain from behind cabin for a hike or picnic

Igloo Cooler, Lawn Chairs, and Picnic Backpack provided

Please clean backpack after using

Property is past fence to logging trail at top of mountain 

Logging trail can be hiked

Yard has tire Swing and Fire Pit area

Trash Cans are on side back deck

No trash pick up in the area

Short term renters

Do not need to dispose of trash

Long term renters

During stay can dispose of trash at Statesville dump

Strong Trash Bags provided

Leftover trash will be disposed of after your departure

Open 7am to 5pm daily
